Welcome to Calm Seas, a stunning direct oceanfront condo located on the 12th floor of the Pyramid building in Ocean City, Maryland. With breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, this is the perfect retreat for up to 4 guests looking to relax and recharge by the sea.
The condo features one bedroom with a cozy king bed and an electric fireplace, plus a living room with a comfortable queen sofa bed, making it ideal for couples or small families. The private balcony offers incredible direct ocean views — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine over the water. A full kitchen means you have everything you need to cook your own meals, and the in-unit laundry in the hall bathroom adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay.
Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs with live television through YouTube TV, so you can unwind after a day at the beach. Free WiFi is also included throughout the condo.
To help you settle in, a starter supply of essentials is provided, including coffee, basic cooking and cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent — enough to get you through your first day. Linens are also provided, including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
The Pyramid building offers elevator access and an outdoor pool open during the summer months. You'll also love the location — just steps from great dining options like Lombardi's Pizza, Liquid Assets, and Blue Fish, and right across the street from an Acme grocery store for any supplies you need. Parking is available through the building for a fee of $40 per stay (up to one week), payable directly to the building at check-in.
Please note that this is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Pets are not permitted, including emotional support animals. Upon checkout, guests are asked to take out the trash (a trash chute is conveniently located nearby) and load the dishwasher with any used dishes and start a cycle before departing.
Upon booking, you'll be sent a rental agreement to sign, containing the same information as listed here.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
Travel Tip: We recommend purchasing RentalGuardian travel insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.
Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.
