One bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, while the other has a bunk bed (double on the bottom, twin on top) — a total hit with the little ones!
Head up to the second floor and you'll find the heart of the home: a bright, open living room, full kitchen, and dining area that flows right out onto your private deck with an outdoor dining setup. This is where the magic happens! The gorgeous primary bedroom on this level features a king bed and a luxurious ensuite primary bathroom — complete with both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The primary bath even connects to the living room for easy access, making it as functional as it is beautiful.

Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels are stocked as well. There's also an in-unit washer and dryer, because a week at the beach means sandy everything. Check-in is contactless via a front door keypad — no waiting around for keys, just head straight in and start relaxing. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Whether you're building sandcastles, biking the neighborhood, gathering around the firepit, or simply unwinding on the deck with a cold drink in hand — this Caine Woods beach house is where your best Ocean City memories are waiting to be made. Come on in, the door's always open!
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
If you're concerned about needing to cancel, we strongly recommend purchasing RentalGuardian's travel insurance at check out!
Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.

Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
