Step out onto the large, direct oceanfront balcony and you’ll quickly find your favorite spot. Start your mornings with coffee and a sunrise over the Atlantic, and end your days listening to the waves roll in. Inside, the comfortable living room keeps those ocean views front and center, so you never have to miss a moment of the scenery.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for the whole crew. The main bedroom features a king bed, and each of the other two bedrooms has 2 full beds, so everyone gets a good night’s sleep. The full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, making it easy to cook up family breakfasts or a seafood feast after a day on the sand. Gather around the dining table, which seats 6, to share meals and plan the next day’s adventures.
We’ve taken care of the little things so you can relax from the moment you arrive. Beds are made and ready for you, with sheets and towels included. You’ll also find a starter set of coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, and conditioner waiting for you. WiFi is included too.
Getting settled is a breeze. The building has an elevator, and the unit includes 1 assigned parking space in the building lot, with additional free street parking right next door on 130th Street. A smart keypad lets you check in contact free whenever you arrive after 3pm, no key pickup needed.

Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. The minimum age to rent is 25. This is a no smoking, no pets, and no parties property. After booking, you’ll receive a rental agreement to sign.
