How do I access my rental?
Once the property is ready on your check-in day, we’ll contact you with your unique access code. It will remain active until 10am on your check out day. While we aim to send your access code as early as we can, we can’t guarantee any specific time before 3pm.

Are there any check-out tasks required of me?
All that we ask on your check-out day is that you:
- 1. Take out the trash
- 2. Load any used dishes into the dishwasher (if applicable) and start a cycle.
- 3. If you’ve used the sofa bed, please leave it open.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 14 days before your check-in date, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 7 days, no refund will be sent.
We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance when booking, so you can cancel within these dates and still be eligible for a full refund! -
Do any of your rentals allow pets?
Unfortunately, none of our properties allow pets, including emotional support animals.

No, none of our properties allow smoking or vaping. This includes any outdoor balconies or building common areas.

What is provided when I arrive?
In addition to providing sheets for each bed and a towel set for each registered guest, we provide a starter set of:
- Coffee with creamer & sugar/Splenda
- Tea
- Soap, shampoo, & conditioner
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Cleaning supplies
- Trash bags
- Cooking oil & spices
