The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the updated bathroom features a separate shower and sink area for convenience. Cozy up by the electric fireplace and stream your favorites with free YouTube TV. Board games add to the fun!

Guest Notes:
• Golden Sands registration fee: $75 (due at check-in — covers entire stay)
• Parking: One included space (additional spaces may be rented based on availability)
• Minimum age to book: 24
• Service animals welcome with required documentation (Golden Sands policy)
• Slippers or thick socks recommended in winter (tile floors can be cool)
