• Linens Provided When launching a vacation rental, buying all new sheets and towels can be expensive—but not for you! All linens, including sheets, pillowcases, dish cloths, bath mats, and three sizes of towels, plus their replacements, are included in our services at no extra cost.
• Communication Whenever needed, we’re just an email, call, or text away. We inspect each property after every cleaning, and can quickly update you if anything is out of place.
• No Extra Fees Some management companies will charge other fees on top of their commission, but not us! No marketing fee, no linen fee, no mysterious “service fees”. Our commission is all-inclusive; the only extra charges you may see would be for repair materials.
• Owner Portal With our owner portal, easily block out time for yourself or others. We don’t have any restrictions on how many available nights we need in the summer, and a cleaning will automatically be scheduled on your check out day when you create a block.
