The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom offers two double beds — perfect for kids or additional guests. Need even more sleeping space? The living room's queen sofa bed has you covered. With in-unit laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and all linens provided (sheets, towels, pillowcases, and washcloths), you'll have everything you need for a comfortable, home-away-from-home stay.
We want your arrival to feel effortless. To get you started, we provide toilet paper, paper towels, and a starter supply of coffee, creamer, sugar, and spices, as well as laundry detergent, dish soap, and basic cleaning supplies.
The building features direct beach access, a seasonal outdoor pool open during the summer months, and elevators for easy access to the 6th floor. The unit has a keypad entry for seamless, keyless check-in — no key pickups needed.
Parking is available in the building at a fee of $40 per stay (up to 7 nights) for one vehicle, payable by credit card only upon arrival at the building office. A second parking space may be available depending on availability. If the office is closed upon your arrival, you can pay the following morning when it reopens. Please note this fee is set by the building and is subject to change at their discretion.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:
Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am
