Just one block from the beach and situated on the ocean side of Coastal Highway, you'll feel the salt air the moment you step outside.

The condo comfortably sleeps four, featuring a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room, making it perfect for couples, small families, or a fun getaway with friends. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs, and the living room TV comes preloaded with a Wii console and games — great for a rainy day or a relaxed evening in.

The full kitchen means you can cook your own meals whenever you'd like, and in-unit laundry ensures you can pack light and stay as long as you need. Free WiFi is included throughout the unit, and we provide sheets and towels so you don't have to bring a thing. To get you settled right away, we also stock a starter supply of coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels.

The location truly can't be beat. Step right outside and you're just across the street from a Starbucks for your morning coffee, a McDonald's for a quick bite, the beloved local eatery Tailchasers restaurant, and Quiet Storm surf shop for all your beach gear needs. Whether you're here for the waves, the boardwalk, or simply to unwind, this condo puts everything within easy reach. Come enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer!

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout. 
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am

Before you head out:
1. Take out the trash.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.
