Step out onto your private balcony and sip your morning coffee with the sunrise, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine and a sea breeze.
Inside, this well-appointed studio condo sleeps up to 4 guests, with a comfortable queen Murphy bed and a queen pull-out sofa — perfect for couples or small families.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all essential appliances, cookware, and a starter supply of coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil, and more.
Linens and towels are provided for your stay — no need to pack extras! A paid laundry facility is also available in the building.
Relax by the outdoor pool, ideal for a refreshing dip on warm summer days. Lounge poolside, soak up the sun, or cool off after a morning at the beach.
When you’re ready to explore, you’re just minutes from Ocean City’s vibrant Boardwalk, local restaurants, seafood spots, shops, and family attractions. Whether it’s sunrise walks on the beach or sunset seafood dinners, Surf’s Up puts it all at your doorstep.
Parking: Please park in space #6. A parking pass is provided in the unit. Front-in parking only.

Please do not dispose of linens or towels — missing items will incur replacement fees.

• Load and start the dishwasher before departing.
• Temporary construction posts on the west side of the building are pre-staging for future renovations (Fall 2025) — they will not impact your stay.
When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.
Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
• 50% refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in (outside 48-hour window)
• 50% refund: Cancel 7–14 days before check-in
• Cleaning fee only refunded for cancellations <7 days before check-in
