Sleeping arrangements include:
1 Queen bed in the primary bedroom
2 Full beds in the second bedroom
The bathroom features a clean shower/tub combo, and guests enjoy free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer, and TVs in both bedrooms.
Extras You’ll Love:
Outdoor pool (open May 25–Sept 22, weather permitting)
2 assigned parking spots starting May 1, 2024
Linens, towels, and starter supplies included
What’s Included:
Bed linens for each bed
Towel set for each registered guest (bath, hand, washcloth)
Starter essentials: coffee, spices, cooking oil, paper towels, toilet paper
Guest Responsibilities:
Remove all trash to the dumpster before checkout
Load and start the dishwasher with provided detergent
Please do not dispose of linens or towels (replacement fee applies)
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and 14+ days before check-in
50% refund (plus cleaning fee) if canceled 7–14 days before check-in
Only the cleaning fee is refunded after that
