This third-floor retreat is perfect for couples or a solo getaway, comfortably sleeping 2 guests on a double-size Murphy bed that tucks away to open up the living space during the day.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in sweeping views of the Atlantic — coffee at sunrise, cocktails at sunset, all from your own oceanfront perch. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing meals in, featuring a full oven, refrigerator with freezer, and microwave. A washing machine is conveniently located right in the kitchen for quick refreshes of towels and beachwear (note: there is no dryer in-unit, but the building offers paid laundry machines on site for full loads).
Cool off from the summer sun at the building's outdoor pool, open seasonally for guests to enjoy without ever leaving the property. Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.
When you arrive you may notice some temporary posts on the west side of the building. These have been put up in preparation for renovations that will take place in the fall of 2026 (yes, they were put up way too early!) They re not there for any structural issues, they re just there to help prevent any bits of the stucco from chipping off.
Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
