This stunning 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront condo sits on the 14th floor, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Atlantic right from your living space. The main bedroom features a cozy queen bed and soaring floor-to-ceiling oceanfront windows — imagine waking up to that view every morning! The second bedroom is set up perfectly for kids or extra guests with a twin bed and twin trundle underneath, sleeping two comfortably. Step out onto your private oceanfront balcony and soak in the salty sea air, stunning sunrises, and the endless blue horizon.

We've thought of everything so you can hit the ground running. The full kitchen comes stocked with a starter set of spices, cooking oil, and all the essentials, plus coffee supplies ready to go for your first morning brew. Linens are fully included — sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mats — along with starter toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. The in-unit washer and dryer is perfect for longer stays or sandy beach days, and cleaning supplies are on hand for your convenience.

Golden Sands is one of Ocean City's most beloved buildings for good reason. Enjoy year-round access to the indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, game room, and the gorgeous top-floor lounge. During the summer months, take advantage of the outdoor pool, sun deck, tennis court, and volleyball court. Getting to your unit is a breeze with elevator access throughout the building.

Upon check-in at the building's front desk, guests will be asked to pay a $75 registration fee, which covers your parking pass for the duration of your stay. We recommend coming prepared with this fee so you can get settled in quickly and start enjoying the beach!

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am

Before you head out:
1. Take out the trash.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
