Our duties include:
- Listing properties on platforms such as Airbnb, and our own direct booking site (coming soon!)
- Communicating with all guests from booking to after check out
- Inspecting each property after our cleaning team, and before the next guest
- Performing small repairs ourselves, and coordinating larger work (such as appliance installation) with contractors
- Handling bookkeeping, and sending out owner payouts on a monthly basis
At no charge to you or the guests, we provide:
- Starter set of toilet paper & paper towels
- Cooking essentials such as olive oil, spices, salt & pepper
- Coffee, tea, sugar packets
- All linens and linen replacements
- Welcome card & bag of chocolates
