Perched on the 5th floor with elevator access, this condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests and offers stunning direct ocean views from your own private balcony.
The bedroom features two double beds, perfect for families or groups, while the living room includes a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen for preparing your favorite meals, and smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom offer live TV through YouTube TV, so you can stay entertained after a day at the beach. In-unit laundry is conveniently located in the hall bathroom, and free WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay.
All linens are provided, including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. To help you settle in, a starter set of coffee, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent is provided to get you through your first day.
Location is everything, and this condo delivers. You're just steps from popular local favorites like Lombardi's Pizza, Liquid Assets, and Blue Fish, and directly across the street from the Acme grocery store for easy stocking up. The building also features an outdoor pool, open seasonally in the summer, perfect for relaxing between beach visits.
Please note: the building charges a parking fee of $40 per stay (up to one week), payable directly to the building at check-in. This property is non-smoking and non-vaping, and pets are not permitted, including emotional support animals.
At checkout, guests are asked to take out the trash (a trash chute is easily accessible) and load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and start a cycle before leaving.
Upon booking, you'll be sent a rental agreement to sign, containing the same information as listed here.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
Travel Tip: We recommend purchasing RentalGuardian travel insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.
Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
